Very disappointed

I ordered a dress feom them collected on the 23rd of Aug, returned it on the 25th Aug due to incorrect size. I received the dress back today, stating it was declined. On my account its concluded with NO REASON NO EMAIL NO COMMUNICATION. They just decided tobsend it back. I didnt even wear the dress cos the top part is way too big. I had tonopen the package to fit it on. Who sends an item back without fitting it on.
