Very Disappointed!!!!!!!
<p>I am SO disappointed in the service I received from Takealot!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed an order on the 8th of December, well in advance of Christmast, the item showed in stock even though it had to be ordered from the supplier and it would take 2 to 3 days. I payed for it and waited.....on the day of supposed pick-up they let me know that it would take a little bit longer, another 2-3 days....so I waited!!</p> <p>TODAY I contacted them, take note, today is the 21st of December, after I have sent numerous mails to try and get answers and end of long story...all of a sudden they don't have stock and they credited my account!! THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO HEAR 3 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I cannot find the specific item ANYWHERE!!! And it is my daughters present!!! I saw that they had stock of a different colour in Johannesburg, but apparently they won't be able to sent it down in time!!!! I am SO heartbroken and upset, POOR SERVICE!!!!!! POOR, POOR, POOR!!!
