Very bitter shopping experience at TakeALot

I recently purchased a product for R12,000 at TakeALot and I purchased it with Gift Vouchers. Now TakeALot cannot fulfill my order and has cancelled it.

They don't want to to refund me R12,000 as they don't refund gift vouchers.

How on earth can they expect me to 'lose' R12,000 and now go buy the product somewhere else?

This is ridiculous and very unfair towards your loyal customer.

I expect to be refunded in cash or have my order fulfilled at all costs, even if they have to go and source the product somewhere else.
