Very bad Takealot

Worst service ever. I paid for everything in February already. They told me that I had not paid and requested bank statements and proof of payment. After I sent everything they asked of me their reply every time when I query for feedback is that they will send it to the relevant department and let me know when they get feedback.

Sickening to think that a stay at home dad like myself without a job trying to provide for his family have waited for over 1 month now to get a refund of R5540.00 that my family desperately needs and all Takealot can do is not give me am answer as to why.
