very bad service, poor response

I bought a professional hair clippers on the 26th October, package was delivered on the 31st October but the incorrect package, they then communicated with me to take pictures of the package received and to send it to them, Online I purchased a clippers that can be charged with a USB, and a clippers with a battery was delivered to me. I'm sitting with a package I don't want and frustrated at waiting for response now. i responded with them to change it for the item purchased. the fault is on their side and cannot see what the hold up is.
