Very bad service indeed

Takealot is good on taking money and sending a delivery but they can’t deal with returns when something is broken I am highly disappointed you open a package and they are telling I need to get a sellotape to return the package box to it’s original form why don’t the delivery guys carry this sellotapes and they don’t arrive on time this guys arrived at after 17:00 imagine that when their messages says between 08:00 and 17:00 please come and take your package and refund me my R6249 since I don’t think the next package will be in good shape also I am very disappointed in Takealot
