Very bad service from Takealot!!

Ordered a nail set for our granddaughter,on her Xmas- list, 3 weeks ago. Delivered today, a Tattoo artist set. Firstly,wrong product,R100 cheaper than the nail set. Didn't mention anything about R100 credit or amountto be refunded. Call centre,087.... to log the complain, according to themit can take up to 3 days before the query will be attended to. So, must we just accept this bad service and give our Granddaughter this as a Xmas-precent that she didn't ask from Father Xmas? Not the first time this happened to us. Damaged product delivered, they didn't take any responsibility, no replacement offered. Wrapped damaged ( cracked) basin send back to us: 3 times. No news after the 3rd time.No credit. No basin and cupboard. We bought another washbasin and cupboard from Builders Warehouse as we're renovating our bathroom.
