Very bad service from takealot

I ordered gloves from takealot the day i received the gloves I opened the box and all that was there was a empty carton that the gloves were supposed to be attached to I called them immediately the next day the return was logged for the 2nd of June they came to Pick up the package at 1:19 and sent me a SMS saying it's on its way to the warehouse and it will take 2-3 days not working days I called them on the Wednesday I was told it's still in transit I emailed on Thursday it was still in transit I called yesterday on the 6th of June and all I was told is that they will follow up with the warehouse and they will get back to me I'm still waiting on them to get back to me on that I am the one that has to call takealot to find out what's going on the takealot team can't update me or let me know what's going on when the gloves were ****** or misplaced by the takealot team or the supplier really not happy
