very bad Service form them

here is my order NR Order #***8 I did order it on the Ordered 5 Nov 2021 and it was Paid on the 5 Nov 2021. it was scheduled for 10 November 2021 to be delivered and I did reschedule it for the 9 of November because I am not home the 10 the and the option was there to change it to the 9 on there web page so now this morning I check to see that it will be deliverd to day thay did go back and change the date back to the 10 th and did not even let me know here is all the info from there web page "17h50 Delivery rescheduled for 10 November 2021 between 08h00 and 17h00 12h14 Customer rescheduled delivery for 9 November 2021 12h14 Delivery rescheduled for 9 November 2021 between 08h00 and 17h00 11h07 Delivery scheduled for 10 November 2021 between 08h00 and 17h00 11h07 Parcel arrived at courier facility Lephalale, Lephalale 6 NOV 2021

then I did phone them this morning when I did see that they did change the delivery date back to the 10th and all thay did say is it is because of courier availability so why if they did know the courier will not be Abel to do the delivery on the 9 th did they give me the option to change it to that date I did speek to Mongameli.M from takealot
