Very bad service

I order a bodyglove cover it took 4days to be shipped when i called take alot they asked for my ader nbr i gave it and i told the my problem immediately it was shipped then i told them i already bought me the same ons because my orders was never taking so lang before i said i want my money back they told met the are going to give it back its going to show in 5 to 7 work days so then 6 days later n called again they told me the same thing over and over al together i called 6 times nothing at all yet all of them keep saying the same thing and its nou almost 11 days so just know it's a struggle to get a refund or you will just not receive anything
