Very bad service

Takealot is worse than wish! My last orders is damaged and incorrect products. It is a nusance to get it sorted!! Bought gifts for people and it is both not correct, one is wrong product and the other is damaged badly!! Drivers throw boxes around in their bakkies and do not care who paid for it who to whom it belongs.
