Very bad service

Placed an order for a cell phone on the 6th of April 2024 on Tuesday the order was delivered with the incorrect product (a power bank) Called in spoke to Thandile explained that I had order this for my son's birthday which was Thursday she apologies for there mistake and assured me I would receive my order by Friday Today I am informed the order will only be delivered next week Spoke to Thandile again who is now denying that she said she will deliver by Friday

Extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from Takealot

I need my order this week as I will not be available next week for delivery not to mention my son who has missed out on his birthday present due to there in competence
