VERY BAD SERVICE

I ordered a wireless camera and paid for it on the 28th of April, they send me a sms saying it will be delivered on the 3rd of May before 17.00, when i tracked the parcel on the 3rd of May it gives me a n notification saying that the parcel is lost in transit, replacement requested, delivery will be rescheduled. I tried to call mrD courier, the number goes straight to voicemail, this is so frustrating, no feedback or phone call from their side i had to see on the takealot application that my parcel was lost. Please can i have feedback regarding my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of May. This is my 1st time ordering from takealot very bad service!!! i normally order from wish and i didnt have any problems with them at all.
