Very bad service

I bought the 01/02/2022 Renault accessories from Takealot. It was delivered on 03/02/2022. To my shock, all the items were not in the box as indicated on their website. The valve caps were missing. I contacted them and talked to Luke. I told him what the situation is and he advised me to take a pic of the box, the invoice number and the items inside the box, and email it to him. I did exactly what he asked. I later received an email saying that they were going to pick up the items. I called them again and said that I had already put the accessories on my car and that I just wanted the valve caps.

My pleas fell on deaf ears. I still do not have my valve caps and feel like I am being taken for a ride by takealot. No one listens and just does their own thing. I am very disappointed in their service and will never use their services again.
