Very bad service

What a loan car, they collected a return over two weeks ago and there is no update or nothing, I sent them numerous emails, they don't even respond, and if they find someone who can read and they reply, there is no feed back. Can't wait for Amazon to come. Takealot customer service is like contacting government, absolutely clueless. Now I don't have my item or my money.
