Very Bad Service

I am highly disappointed in the service, my first time in returning an item and they gave me a run around and finally refunded me. Second encounter I ordered the Sunday for delivery Tuesday and the parcel was sent to Cape Town, now being rerouted and I will only receive it Friday maybe. No rushing my delivery and no compensation and no understanding. They need to look at their customer service department.
