Very bad service

I am shocked by the service of takealot lately Last week they sent me a decoder of dstv that was already registered in someone else's name and then they had an issue to refund me Yesterday I phoned them to change the delivery address for new parcels being delivered after phoning 4 times and speaking to 4 different people i was tood every the change was noted and they still delivered the parcel to the incorrect address today. The service of this company is getting very bad and i wont use them ever again
