VERY BAD SERVICE

I am getting no where with Takealot, since Friday 5th April I have being calling them , I received tons of apologies however no one has done anything to fix the problem. I received a driver twice to pick a item when I fact he needed to deliver my item to me. Everyday I have call them and everyday they promise that the driver is out with my item.

I spend today over an hour on the call and no luck.

Please can I just have my item.

this is the worst service I received , I don't think I will ever make use to them again. the customer service department always lies and apologisers but cant follow it with action to resolve the matter. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager and get no where.

please just give me my item, I have paid money for it and want my item.
