Very bad service

Its 3 weeks and I'm just being fed with lies from takealot. I returned 2 items and was only credited for one parcel. I have been enquiring and each time a new assistant promises to process the redund, but the next day they lie , they send false proof and up to date I am still waiting. Very unfair
