Very Bad Service

I am very disappointed in Takealots service. Just like all the other people that ordered their parcels and got them today 03-12-2017 I also made the same order, so what makes their parcels more important than mine?

I feel that if you can not keep at the time and date that was given to me then you must not give your clients a time or date, then you must say on your web site " you will get you parcel when we are ready to deliver".

This was my first time that I bought from Takealot and first impressions lasts. I think you must change your Web site or you must pick up your service because this is not what I have expected.
