Very bad service

I will never never order from takelot again in my whole life. There after service is pethetic!!!!! Kyle and Christal S just make promises and promises.

I ordered a Mini Weber set for my grandson for Christmas. Some of the items were broken. The box also was broken. They collect the item Monday 3 January 2022 and up to now I didnt received anything. Everyday just promises and promises!!! Very Very dissapointed
