Very bad service

You get very bad service and then you get takealot.com. I have ordered a product and got the conformation that it will be delivered before between 07h00 and 17h00. I waited the whole day and nothing. Try to call the customer service and after waiting for 25min for answering i dropped the phone. Please wake up guys. And your background music sucks. I will never support your company again. I maybe one person but beware. Big companies can also fall.
