VERY BAD RETURN SERVICE
I have logged a return request on the 23rd of February and my damaged product was picked by the courier the 25th of February. NO ONE has contacted me since and the track page has not been updated and it shows that the status of my return is \unknown".<br> <br> THE STATUS PAGE SHOWS THAT THE RETURN PROCESS SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 3 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 9 DAYS ALREADY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!<br> <br> Please update me on the status of my return. I have sent out 3 emails already since the 26th of February and nothing has been done to resolve this issue.<br> <br> Reference number - RRN-624e-fcbb"""

We're sorry for the frustration you're experiencing with your return & that it's not been processed as quickly as you expected. It could take between 2 - 5 working days for a returned item to reach our warehouse & once received the return should be processed within 1 - 3 working days. The entire process could therefore take between 3 - 8 working days to complete from collection. You were however supposed to be kept up to date on the progress of the return & we apologise if that's not happened & understand that it only added to your frustration.
Our complaints team is currently looking into this & have tried calling you with an update. Please keep an eye out for their call as they'll try again a bit later.
