Very bad experience with Takealot

So I bought a TV at takealot in june ..after a month tv just went blank no power no what. Called them and they gave me number of a third party company called LR TV repairs to come and check the TV if it can be repaired. LR declared the TV unremarkable and that we can request for a refund or another TV. That was 2 months ago, been trying to communicate with takealot no response, phone went through one time and a lady gave us an email where we should forward the invoice and promised to take the matter further, again another bluff, no response yet. I mean how can some1 wait that long to get a refund 2 freaking months. Even Alibaba or Ali express takes 5 to 6 days to refund u talkng about a website in Asia, TAKEALOT is just around the corner but takes 2 month that's insane. I'm so ****ed and will never use TAKEALOT again. I'm sitting without a TV now 😒 a whole 2 months !!!!
