Very bad experience, lost money

Can't reach no-one at Takealot to help me. I had 2 orders yesterday, made a payment via Masterpass. Payment went off and money gone from my bank. Yet, they are Awaiting payment. Now my order is cancelled by them and I dont have any money. I tried the whole day contacting them. Locked two tickets early morning, no feedback or anyone contacting to help me very poor.
