Very bad delivery change process

Very disappointed with takealot, tried to change the delivery address for my order with no success, just getting automated responses, you can not speak to someone, try to cancel the order still no success, order delivered to the address which I no longer have access to, someone eventually called on the delivery day and request the new address which was on the 03 September 2024 and promise to redirect the order, till today nothing has happened order still there and no contact, try to call them many times and I hold till the call is dropped, I do not think I will ever use them again.
