Very bad customer service

This is utterly ridiculous and thee most discussing service ever.

We live in times when people struggle, people don't have jobs, then you have companies like these that think nothing of consumers.

No urgency at all. 9 days late with my delivery and if I didn't call, nobody would've bothered to follow up.

Absolutely pathetic service.
