Very Bad Customer Care

I made this profile for the sole purpose of this review. I ordered a very important device that was needed for a job and the incorrect one was delivered on 20 November 2025. Despite takealot being at fault, they have still dragged out this exchange process to the point where the project had to be postponed twice. It is now the 3rd of December 2025 and I still not received my device. I've sent numerous emails and just get the same robotic response from them. This interaction with takealot changed my entire perception of them and I am never our chasing from them in the future.
