VERY BAD AND UNEXEPTABLE SERVICE

Very poor and very bad service On 26th August i received 2 item i orfered and pyed for EFT. On delivery i noticed 1 item was not what i payed for. I immediatly rwturn to to take a lot that was on 28 th august 2021. Since then i am trying to get a refund or get them to deliver the correct item which are a pack of 4 lap trays. Made numerous phone calls and about 8 emails. THIS IS BAD AND UNEXEPTABLE SERVICE
