Very Angry Customer

I have placed an order on the 24 October 2021 and promised delivery by the 27 October 2021. Since then nothing is being delivered and there is no communication from take a lot, I have emailed to follow up but no response to this date. My order number is ***1, I was looking forward to place more orders but I cannot until this one is sorted. I am very unhappy at the moment.
