Verimark mop

Bought a Veri mark Spin touch mop. 8 months after purchase the mop does not want to spin. Return the unit for assessment. Waiting 3 weeks and still no answer. All that take a lot can say is they have 21 days to assess. PLEASE TELL ME HOW STUPID IMCOMPETENT IS THE PERSON ASSESSING A PLASTIC PART ON A MOP NEEDING 21 DAYS TO SEE OR UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS DOING.

ITS NOT A MECHANICAL ENGINE, ITS A SIMPLE PLASTIC THING. Useless to say the least.
