Verimark (Genesisi Cyclone vacuum cleaner-Defective
Good Day, I bought this Verimark vacuum cleaner (Genises Cyclone) in August 2020 from Take lot. Unfortunately, it falls out of the 6-month warranty as indicated by Take a lot (by 2 months). The reason why I delayed in logging the call was that I thought the cutting out would eventually phase out, which was not the case and it just got worse. The Supplier should take action if an item that they sold is defective and not rely on a warranty to escape accountability. This is the e-mail I sent to Takelot requesting a replacement or a refund.
I was convinced by all the good reviews on this item that it was the best buy. The first issue was that it cut out after 15 minutes of vacuuming and I had to wait for at least 15 minutes for the vacuum cleaner to restart. After I googled it, it appears that was just overheating and this is normal. However, as time went on it cuts out more frequently. The second issue is even if I clean the machine regularly the head does not have the sucking power to suck up the dirt from a carpet. Without the head, it seems to have all the suction power. There is an obvious manufacturing fault . I am not happy with this vacuum cleaner and would like to have it replaced. The vacuum cleaner has not been damaged in any way and the appearance is still the same as when I received it. Your earliest response would be appreciated. Alternatively, please recommend a better vacuum cleaner for me to purchase and refund me for the existing one. Your earliest response would be appreciated. I am sure that I am not the only customer complaining about the machine cutting out because of overheating. This is obviously a manufacturing fault and all these vacuum cleaners should be recalled. Alternatively, the supplier should offer to repair it. This is such bad service and a complete disregard for the customer. Here are other reviews. The machine is now completely useless to me as the brush head keeps getting stuck because of the one small wheel that keeps falling off. I am now stuck with a white elephant as it cannot be repaired or replaced

D QUALITY pipes and attachments! We had the vacuum for under 6 months when we had to start taping the pipes and also the wheels were falling apart. After we have been to Verimark to complain, they told us that ONLY the motor was under guarantee and not the attachments!! I just left before I lost my temper. My wife decided to stay behind and actually bought new pipes which seem to be better quality, now I know how they make their money!!! Stay away, unless you want to renew every 6 months!!!
Simone 28 November 2019 Got this in August 2019 and its already stopped working properly. Empty the filter regularly and it just doesn't have enough suction power to clean. Very disappointed.
24 November 2019 bought mine in January. gets used once a week in one carpet, and it just stopped working. second time this happens to me. purchased a new one because the other one was old (or so I thought - 2 years) turns out, this is what the cyclovac does after reading numerous reviews. Shi
14 December 2019 Wheels came off in the first week. The pipe came out the machine attachment. Fills quickly, have to clean it constantly. And just died after the 6 month warranty. Very disappointing for a genesis product. Not worth the money.

Winnie 7 June 2020 Very annoying machine, after cleaning two bedrooms you need to clean it and allow it to rest. It packed up after using it for 4 days. Have sent it back to Verimark. This is a decision I regret deeply
