Verbal abuse by a delivery guy

I ordered a Phillips shaving machine order number #***0 & received a missed call from delivery guy who promised to call me back but never called back and kept on promising me to get back, upon my enquiring we ended up arguing and my argument was that I cannot be told that my parcel will be delivered before 5 & I'm sent an sms by 8 in the morning, at least one needs to be told that it will be delivered between 4&5 not before 5 as if I'm just sitting the whole day waiting.
