Various problems with Takealot

I have been a client of Kalahari for years but unfortunately within month after taking over Takealot is losing me as a client. I have several problems with Takealot. 1) Delivery is never as per the order delivery date. 2) If you receive a voucher from Takealot the voucher number does not exist and therefor not usable. 3) E-books are not printable. I bought a book Spectrum Cursive handwriting e-book. The book contains exercises where kids have to trace etc the pages. Guess what, printing is not allowed. Without being able to print the book the book is totally useless. I phoned Takealot and was told \It states the book is not printable"Well excuse me but why sell a totally useless book. The only answer I can come up with is that Takealot just doesn't care about customer satisfaction"
