Vaporesso vape pod kit only last for a month and half Takealot refused to refund or replaced this item

I bought a vaporesso pod kit at Takealot on the 15 Jan 2025. This product only last for a month and half. I contract Takealot to informed them about the product. They refused to replaced or refund my money. This is not the first electrical product i bought at Takealot their electrical product does not last long. A hear ago i bought a flat hair iron. I paid R1000 and only after a hear the flat iron stop working.
