UTTERLY USELESS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never experienced such utter uselessness and horrible customer service from an online retailer in my life. They don't communicate on changes in delivery times and they just promise to 'escalate' the matter and never get back to you when you contact them. I had the worst luck in receiving help from the worst customer relation agents by the names of Naseefah.A and Chloe.W who just made the matter worse by doing absolutely NOTHING!!! HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPIRIENCE! I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!
