Utterly unprofessional and untruthful Takealot. Major delays.

Livid and Furious! I have placed a R2000 order on Friday the 26th for delivery on Monday the 29th of May. My products have been rescheduled for delivery once on Monday, twice on Tuesday, Twice on Wednesday, once on Thursday and today again I see it is rescheduled for delivery. 1 entire week late for delivery.

I have called to follow up on what the issue seems to be but absolutely no information is provided (this must be scripted since I know how service desks work) and my matter supposedly escalated to some *********** or non-existent manager at Cape Gate. I am given NO information at all; Nothing! We have escalated I heard three times this week. There is no feedback and the only updates I get the the very impersonal "Your delivery is being rescheduled".

Takelot can shove their product up their ****s. I'll order from Amazon thanks.
