Utterly unprofessional

Placed an order on the 22nd of Feb and as per the tracking status it was supposed to be delivered on the 07/03/2021 but it wasn't delivered and the status still remained as the latter even after the 7th had passed.

Come delivery day , the driver did not have airtime to even call me for directions had to use my own airtime to direct him.

The most infuriating of all , my order was delivered on the street , for what reason i do not know as if that wasn't enough the driver refused to carry the headboard to my house and my nephew who has a leg injury had to carry it and take to my house , apparently it's now we deliver at your nearest street .

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement .
