Utterly ridiculous turnaround time and service

Worst support I have ever received on the return of a simple power supply. Battery was dead and took them a month to tell me this and then I asked for the object to be returned so I could do the replacement myself (they wanted to charge me +R400 to just change a battery) and nobody has contacted me since after I told them to return it. It has now been over a month on this matter and nobody from Takealot has contacted me lately about this.

This has got to be the worst service I have received.
