UTTERLY PATHETI SERVICE

I paced an order for a specific Hot wheels 3-car pack. What was deliverd was definitely not what was ordered. I logged a return - collection was scheduled for Mon 25/02/18. No courier. On Thursday 01/03/18 apparently a courier came to collect - According to courier nobody home. so return was closed. I beg to differ my husband was home all day. Asked to confirm my cell no/ was correct - nobody called. Logged another return RRN-11fe-a347 on 02/03/18. Collection scheduled for 05/03/18 - to date no collection. Pathetic service to say the least!!! Please would someone attend to this urgently!!!
