UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF

I placed order online,***8 and paid for it. I decided to collect from Pomona Branch. I checked the office hours were listed all over the website. I went to collect my parcel on Saturday 31 August at 10:00. The security guard told me that I am not allowed to collect on a Saturday and was chased away. I am working during the week, and can not collect during the week. The purchase was for my grandchild's birthday, which was on Saturday, and I had to purchase a new gift. I have called immediately to report this, I have sent about 6 e-mails and called about 3 times to arrange for my parcel to be delivered, without any assistance from Takealot.com. I really need this to be dealt with. I am disgusted with the poor service. I only have until tomorrow to collect my parcel, but I am working during the week. That is the reason for me to opt to collect on a weekend. I cannot change the order to delivery, and no one wants to assist. Please rectify your websites, as it gives wrong info regarding office hours. I MAILED LIZIWE M, DIAHNA GREEN, RHODA WILLIAMS, and spoke to about 6 people, NO RESPONSE!!!!!! What if they send my parcel back???? POOR!!@!
