Utterly Disgusted with Takealot

I ordered my items on Takealot on the 15th of December and was given a delivery date of the 23rd of December. On the 21 December, I received a notification that my order has been delayed by a further 11 days due to 1 item that was not in stock but was at the time of my placing the order. I called the contact center in order to cancel the item that was not in stock so that the remainder of the items could be delivered including my children's Christmas gifts. The lady I spoke to Chivonne was extremely unhelpful and could not be reasoned with. Now my children are without Christmas gifts. This is the most PATHETIC service I received from any Organization. They are the worst of the worst.
