Utterly Disappointed

I recently ordered tyres from takealot . Firstly I did not get a notification that my order is going to be delivered , my estimated delivery day was the 18th of September , they tried calling me once and I was at work busy I couldn’t answer as I was not expecting any delivery . My order was re-scheduled for delivery and each day they send an email saying “failed delivery” 3days later my order is being returned to the warehouse and I don’t even know about this since no one tried to call me again about it . I blame takealot for the poor service as it’s their responsibility to alert customers in time of the time and date for delivery would change . This is a huge inconvenience for me as I’m expecting my order and now I’m being told my account will be credited with the amount . I’m super ****ed , this is the first time takealot has ever done me this dirty ‼️
