Utterly Disappointed

I placed an order with your for a metallic garmin strap. When the starp arrived the wrong pins were delivered. I returned the strap and wrong pins, only to receive no feedback from you guys. When I logged into my account the return shows concluded but I never received the correct order or a refund. I emailed takealot only to receive the response telling me to email Fabulously Fit directly. I messaged Fabulously Fit only to receive a rude response telling me this is not their problem and you guys should refund me. How can you take my money and never deliver the correct order or refund me? This is just wrong in so many ways. Please refund me immediately. See reference below:
