Utterly disappointed

I bought a Hoover Wet and Dry tank vac and received a used/fixed one. The box was dirty and the vacuum cleaner components were attached. I've purchased a similar product a few weeks back and the one I received was new. I'm so disappointed that I'd get a used item with paint stains on it, actually, my intelligence is insulted as they thought that I would not notice the poor condition of this product. I've now logged an exchange but I'm worried about what they may send, so much inconvenience as I was expecting to use it before my guests arrive over the weekend. Now I have to spend more money on cleaners, this is very disappointing and the trust I had in the company is now questionable.
