Utter Shameful Service from TAKEALOT...!

disgraceful service...ordered over 2 weeks ago...delivery was to be in 2 days time...still nothing after almost 3 weeks...no landlines to assist us, and when we send email, we get artificial email saying somoene will get back to us but nothing.. on tracking item shows as lost..but no other correspondence from them.. this is unreal service from takealot... ***.
