Utter Nonsense

Absolutely horrible service their comms team. First you lock my account for no reason, then raise a ticket I did not request. And when I follow the useless steps you provided that keep redirecting me to the same login page they I cannot get past even after resetting the password. You keep telling me to call that useless number that you had answered by thee most *********** person I've ever had to deal with, and don't get me started on the email no one seems to answer. If I could give a negative 5, it would be well deserved. Absolute idiots.
