Utter bad service....

I place an order on the 26/08/2022 and as promised they delivered on the 31/08/2022. But then all just went backwards with utter bad service. I received the incorrect package, I received bicycle gloves instead of my Collagen, I did the return process and call one of there agent and she advised that the correction will be done with the Collagen. Kindly note that our warehouse confirmed that they have the correct stock to do a replacement order for the item Nutritional Performance Labs Creatine Monohydrate - 150g + 150g Your return has been approved for collection.

Good day Chante I have stipulated this how many times now, I stipulated that I have received the Nutritional Performance Labs Creatine Monohydrate - 150g + 150g. The package that is outstanding is the Collagen, when I return the package and you send me the correction and you supply me with the Nutritional Performance Labs Creatine Monohydrate - 150g + 150g there will be trouble then.

Guess what after I advised them what I received and what was outstanding as per the mails, I still received the incorrect package, I was send the Creatine Monohydrate - 150g + 150g again instead of my Collagen today. What the hell........ People that assisted was: Kirsten.A and Chante.L
