Using useless courier it service is horrible

Ordered diapers from Takelot expected them on Friday the 19 December 2025 when i tracked my order Saturday it says delivered God knows where i have made numerous calls to them but i feel they are not assisting me at all they are telling me they also cannot get hold of courier it i don't care they are the ones that used them not me i am giving them until tomorrow i want my parcel or i want my MONEY FROM TAKEALOT its not my fault they are using useless courier companies my baby is is left with diapers i ordered while in advanced knowing by this time i will have long recieved my order i am ****ed and angry right now.
