User damages

I bought a wheel trolley at the end of November for an overseas trip in December. I used the trolley on ten flights during December during three of which I had to carry it because the handle broke off completely. The trolley has a few minor scratches from loading in and out of the overhead compartments in the airplanes. I received an email stating that the warranty is now void because of user damage. Is it Takealot's opinion that I broke the handle on purpose? The trolley is in supberb condition except for the scratches caused by regular, normal use. There isn't even a loose thread on the trolley. Your after sales service is pathetic and you are taking a lot from unsuspecting clients. Your warranty isn't worh the paper it's printed on. Shame on you! I bought two of the exact same trolleys and would've returned both if I was out looking for a refund. I would really like to hear what constitutes 'user damage'. In my life I've never heard anything more ridiculous than this. Obviously the handle had a weak spot, or have I developed super powers that enabled me to break it? I wish I could re-post the pics with the so-called 'user damage' I received from you. What a laugh
